• We reserve the right to alter musical programming and players as circumstances dictate.
• You may be able to download the Programme from the event page. Feel free to print as many copies as you need.
• We reserve the right to cancel the event at short notice, for example in the event of extreme weather or venue unavailability.
• In the event of cancellation we will do all we can to contact all ticket holders to provide notification of cancellation the earliest opportunity.
  We will announce cancellations via this website, our ticketing partner, our mailing list and other available channels. 
• Full refunds of all tickets will be made in the event of event cancellation. If you bought your ticket through an online agent, refunds will be issued automatically. If you bought through another organisation (not Surrey Brass) please contact them for a refund.
