To celebrate the Rugby World Cup 2105, Richmond Borough Council has organized a programme of artistic events, of which this is of course the highlight. Surrey Brass once again joins forces with old friends Concordia Voices in a popular programme of rousing music with a strong sporting flavour. Lots of old musical favourites appear in this programme, and there's something for everyone here, including the opportunity to join in with the singing.

About Concordia Voices
Founded in 2000 as the Apocalypse Singers by Christopher Hodges, a founder member of The Sixteen, the choir was renamed Concordia Voices under the musical directorship of Neil Ferris and is currently directed by William Petter. Our regular accompanist is the composer and arranger Paul Ayres.
The choir performs regularly in south-west London where it is based, and in St Luke’s Chelsea. We have also toured abroad and to other locations in the UK as well as taking part in local musical events such as this evening’s concert; in October 2015, Surrey Brass will be our guests in a special concert as part of the Richmond Music and Drama Festival. Concordia Voices enjoy performing music from a wide repertoire ranging over 4 centuries and the choir has a keen interest in performing the work of contemporary composers, including Jonathan Dove, James MacMillan, Morten Lauridsen, John Tavener and Naji Hakim. We have also performed specially commissioned works by Paul Spicer and Paul Ayres.
Car Parking
Parking is available in the York House and Flood Lane car parks (free on Sundays); Waitrose car park in Arragon Road (free on Sundays) and on meters nearby.
