Description: | Another Great Christmas Arrangement! Cornelius, a student of Liszt, influenced by Beethoven and Schubert, wrote gorgeous choral music and here is an arrangement of one of his earliest and best known pieces. The words wonderfully retell the biblical Christmas narrative as seen through the eyes of an unquestioning child. At the same time, this is deeply spiritual and emotional music - it is no wonder that they were Cornelius's most popular compositions and have attracted many new settings including this one. Includes Score and Programme Notes. [No Alternative Parts - unless requested] |
