Adrian Warren: Tuba and Organ

Adrian Warren started playing tuba at 11, and although the instrument was larger than him, was reliably informed “you’ll grow – and the tuba won’t”. He studied with David Eccott, John Smith and as an external student at the Guildhall with Jim Anderson.

While living in Belgium, he became the second non-national to play with Pandore, the orchestra of the Belgian Gendarmerie, the National Police force (the first being his wife Caroline).

Adrian currently plays tuba for Surrey Brass, and freelances on both tuba and organ in London and the Home Counties. During the day he runs the London chemicals operation for the Japanese trading house, Mitsui.
